In accordance with Law N° 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Peru) and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS, Machupicchu Travel Narcy E.I.R.L. guarantees the strict confidentiality, privacy, and security of personal data provided by its users and clients.
1. Purpose of Data Processing
The information collected (full names, identification numbers, telephone numbers, email addresses, nationality, and travel details) is used exclusively for:
- The mandatory issuance of entrance tickets to archaeological sites with the Ministry of Culture and SERNANP.
- Train ticket reservations with railway companies (PerúRail / IncaRail).
- Operational logistics coordination of pick-ups, transportation, tour guides, and itinerary confirmations via email and WhatsApp.
2. Confidentiality and Security
Machupicchu Travel Narcy does not sell, lease, or transfer personal data to third parties not strictly involved in the direct execution of the contracted tourism services.
3. Exercise of ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)
Holders of personal data may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition at any time by sending a formal communication to: Machupicchutravelnarcy2026@gmail.com with the subject “ARCO Rights – Data Protection”.
